    Orders in the EU

    BAQY offers free shipping within the EU. The most suitable parcel carrier will be automatically selected at check-out.

    We ship within 2-5 business days depending on your local parcel carrier.

    Orders outside the EU

    Customers outside EU need to be aware of the following:

    For orders outside EU shipping costs will be calculated at checkout The customer will have to pay import taxes and handling fees. These will be invoiced to you by the parcel carrier and not by BAQY.

    If a product is returned because the customer is unwilling to pay the additional fees, the parcel carrier will charge BAQY. The cost of shipping, cost of the return and any fees applied will be deducted from the refund to the customer. BAQY is currently unable to give you an estimation on the fees and duties that will have to be paid since they are different per situation.

    We hope to accommodate customers outside the EU in the best and most sustainable way possible.

    Returns
    Please note that the prerequisite is that the product still needs to be
    - in the original state, including the attached label
    - unused and unworn

    Considering our products are outdoor products, it is critical that the state of the product is unused and unworn. This is to keep the same quality standard to the next customer as you experienced when you received it.

    Please reach out to us on orders@baqybags.com stating the request of return and make sure to ship the goods back to our 3PL partner:

    Make sure to include a copy of the invoice for a proper handling of the return. We will review the state of the product and confirm back to you when to expect a return of payment.

    Feel an see our products in real life? That is why we offer 14 days exploration prior to usage. If you still decide to send it back, you can do that within 14 days after delivery and we will return the amount that is owed to you minus the shipping cost.

    Warranty

    BAQY products can be returned within 14 days after delivery.

    Warranty covers any malfunction in the product discovered prior to usage.
    Only unused products can be returned with the hang tag attached with no traces of usage. Contact orders@baqybags.com and include your name, address, order number and attach the pictures of the issue and our customer service will be happy to help you further.
